Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (Phoenix Park), a subsidiary of The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited has one of the largest gas processing facilities in Latin America and the Caribbean, and is a major supplier of LPG to the region. Its core business is natural gas processing, NGL aggregation, fractionating and marketing.

Its strategy to grow along the energy value chain has resulted in three North American acquisitions since 2020. Its fully owned subsidiary, Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) based in Houston, is currently engaged in marketing, trading, and transportation of NGLs in USA, Mexico, and Canada. PPGPL’s latest acquisition of a propane terminal in Rush City Minnesota, enables it to continue to grow its markets in the Midwestern USA.
