Mrs. Candace Subero-Bailey holds the position of Senior Commercial Advisor, Gas Business Development within NGC’s Commercial Group. She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a BSC. with First Class Honors in Chemical and Process Engineering from the UWI St. Augustine; an MSC. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA with specialization in Strategy from Heriot Watt University.

She has over 15 years of experience in the natural gas and petrochemical business. In her current role, she provides advice and oversight on various gas business development projects under NGC’s portfolio. One such project is NGC’s Small-Scale LNG Project which NGC sees as key in supporting the region’s transition to cleaner and more renewable forms of energy.
