In April 2022, Damien Harrigan transitioned from the Anguilla Public Service to the post of Executive Director at the Public Utilities Commission in Anguilla, the Government’s regulatory agency responsible for utilities. Prior to this, he served 23 years at the Department of Information Technology and E-Government Services, spending the last 4 years as Deputy Director - Operations. Damien holds an MSc in Computer Science (Cybersecurity) from Syracuse University and a B.Engr. in Computer Engineering from the City College of New York.
