Ellsworth Dacon
Ellsworth, with over two decades of experience in the energy sector, has established himself as a prominent figure in the energy space in St.Vincent and the Grenadines and serves as an energy advisor for the Government. He previously served as the Project Director of St. Vincent Geothermal Company, where he excelled in energy risk management, business planning, funding negotiations, and project coordination. Notably, he played a pivotal role in securing USD 26 million in grants and loans for the Geothermal project, with guidance from the Clinton Foundation. Additionally, Ellsworth is a trusted consultant for the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and has managed projects for global organizations like the World Bank, UNDP, and UNEP. He holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of the West Indies.
