Kiesha Farnum
Kiesha is a seasoned organizational and project management professional with over 19 years of experience spanning 28 countries. She has worked with Inter-American Development Bank, the former Canadian Agency for International Development and the former Australian Agency for International Development. Focused on innovation for growth across sustainable development sectors, her portfolio encompasses climate change, eco-agritourism, regenerative agriculture, labor market stimulation, education, and leadership development. As the founding Managing Director of Walkers Institute for Regenerative Research Education and Design she established the non-profit dedicated to scaling climate resilience using a regenerative model. Currently, as Director, Public Sector Projects with the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator Kiesha works to unite diverse sectors towards building a climate-smart region. Kiesha holds a M.Sc. in Project Management (specialized in Economics of Oil and Gas & Renewable Energy), University of Liverpool, a BSc. in Psychology, Sociology & Management, University of the West Indies, is certified in Organisational Leadership and Change, St. Francis Xavier University, COADY International Institute, Executive Leadership Coaching with Erickson Coaching International and PMP certified.
