Martyn Forde
Mr. Martyn Forde is a regional expert in learning design and strategic capacity development for the electric power industry. He supports clients in developing ecosystems to manage capability gaps and enhance critical skills, processes, relationships, and resources. He has been a project manager for energy transition planning, knowledge management initiatives, and national policy development. He has supported clients such as the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), the Caribbean Electric Utilities Services Corporation (CARILEC), the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), and the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI). Before his consultancy, his research explored energy transition pathways for the hotel and tourism sector of Barbados and Island Nations.
