As a not for profit, Windsor Energy Group (WEG) has for more than two decades offered a neutral platform globally for policy-makers and energy practitioners to review the big changes in energy markets. 

The group is London-based and is chaired by Lord Howell, a former British energy secretary. WEG takes its name from annual residential meetings at Windsor Castle.
